HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Please be patient with us (me), I am a one-woman team with a few helping hands. We will be working around the clock to get your orders out - please allow up to 7 days for dispatch notification and arrival times will be communicated to you via Australia Post (please make sure you add your email to your order!).

I ORDERED A PRE-ORDER ITEM IN MY ORDER - WHEN WILL I GET MY PRODUCTS?

You will receive your full order in August, unfortunately to ensure nothing is missed we cannot split orders. We recommend making two separate orders if you would like a pre-order item to ensure you get your sale items before August. If you're happy to wait, then pop them all into one cart!

CAN I RETURN A SALE PRODUCT?

If you haven't opened your product and it is in its original product, you can return your products within 30 days. After this point, we will not be accepting returns for change of mind.
